Booking Policy:
Cancellations made 7+ days before the party receive a full refund or one-time reschedule. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable but may be rescheduled once if space is available. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Illness or emergencies may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
