Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 2 or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If the organizer cancels the workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund. We aim to maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
